The GDSN Sr. Analyst (Global Data Synchronization Network) role will be a part of the Supply Chain Visibility department within the J&J Supply Chain Strategy & Deployment organization, and report to the GDSN Mgmt. This role will be the responsible for executing the operational GDSN capability at J&J. Serving as a point of contact and have day-to-day operational support with our Customer & Logistics Services (CLS), Enterprise Master Data Management, multiple franchises, and other cross functional organizations and external customers to ensure GDSN capabilities and service to our customers and their requirements for GDSN. The role will perform and support the operational base business activities with other GDSN Analysts that also communicate with customer fronting engagements for Consumer, Medical Devices and Pharma segments with an enterprise and global approach:
Accountable for ensuring Customer satisfaction through effective understanding, working knowledge of the GS1 standards by supporting the operational base business of GDSN, including but not limited to:
•Assist customers in Consumer, Medical Devices, and Pharma segments to utilize GDSN by responding to onboarding requests, and ongoing support business support,
Analyze, aggregate and harmonize product data from multiple internal and external sources,
•Check the data quality and compliance to the GDSN data dictionary,
•Contribute to ongoing efforts to improve the data, the processes with GDSN, and customer satisfaction via the GS1 standards; creating and improving tool kits and documentation.
•Create, run and maintain GTIN external reports, run extraction reports for synchronization of data elements into the GDSN data pool, analyze validation reports to authenticate data quality.
•Maintain comprehensive metrics and track issues, problem solving resolutions, contingencies plans, and timelines to communicate to stakeholders.
•Develop and manage global internal and external partnerships by demonstrating strong leadership, project management, partnership, analytical, and communication skills
•Manage and prioritize global customer requests, and internal business needs to streamline processes and provide customer value.
•Responsible for executing and managing vast array of internal and external data sources, business requirements for projects, achieving project objectives, ensuring effective integration of new systems and technologies.
