Role:

Do you have a passion and vision for Technical Enablement Programs? Do you want to join an award-winning enablement team and organization and help build dynamic enablement programs for the Field organization? If you answered yes than working with us at Splunk might be the home for you! In this role you will manage, mentor and coach Enablement Program Managers in order drive consistent enablement programs across Sales Engineers, Services, Support, and Partners. You will work closely with the teams in charge of each technical track to ensure the overall technical enablement roadmap is understood and executed. You will have a proven track record of translating vision into a digestible roadmap, executing successful enablement programs, and understanding technical enablement.

As a member of this team you will own duties of accelerating, scaling, and simplifying customer, partner, and employee enablement experiences across multiple channels, functions, and platforms. You will be challenged with identifying Creative

Responsibilities:

You are creative and will manage, coach and mentors managers of the team. You will develop a roadmap for how we will evolve and scale each technical track. You will ensure coordination, messaging, and content reuse across tracks. You will facilitate system and program improvements, such as rebuilding the GFE Accreditation program with Biz Apps, Certification, and the Content team. You get to craft methods and procedures for the team to ensuring successful execution of projects
  • Enable the program management team through previous knowledge and experience demonstrating agile or scrum best training methods
  • You will establish strong relationships and credibility with all parts of Splunk's Customer Success organization, including Senior Managers, Executive Staff, and Subject Matter Experts to ensure interpersonal teamwork across all initiatives
  • Recommend creative approaches and solutions to help ensure our enablement practice can automate, scale, and evolve
  • Establish an operating cadence for communication on roadmap progress with various key partners and vendors and gain consensus to program evolution and secure funding for automation and scale
  • Monitor Issues and Risks on each program track and remove roadblocks
  • Work with Design Build Manager to ensure standard methodologies are leveraged
  • Conduct resource leveling to ensure that programs as successfully staffed each quarter in conjunctions with the Content and Delivery teams and the SMEs within the Organization
  • Ensure consistent program management methodologies, templates, and tracking is done across all programs
  • Own, manage, and execute large company programs, such as annual Technical Kick Off
  • Conduct regular retrospectives and process reviews to identify improvement opportunities

Requirements:
  • You have at least 8+ years of successful strong, proven track record in program management with emphasis on enablement
  • Successfully run technical enablement in a fast growing enterprise software company
  • 4+ Years as a Team Lead, Coach, Supervisor or equivalent experience
  • You are known for your creative and proven reputation to influence and affect change at all levels of the organization without having positional authority, able to initiate discussions with executive level decision makers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion according to deadlines
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
  • Agile or Scrum certification or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent in a related discipline or equivalent experience on the job
