The Global Integrated Sales Manager will provide commercial and sales leadership for strategic, large and integrated deals within a multi-regional or global territory. Key focus areas will include supporting and where required leading the Regional Sales, Commercial & broad cross-functional teams to effectively develop key stakeholder maps/strategy, create differentiating solutions and ultimately structuring commercial propositions to win such strategic deals.
This will include a focus on BHGE Key Accounts, but also require focus on the overall global mega deal pipeline. The key measurement will be positioning BHGE to win and ultimately increasing mega deal win rates across BHGE.
In the role of [Global Integrated Sales Manager you will:
+ Provide select deal commercial leadership / support from initial concept through effective execution with an emphasis on differentiating BHGE through creative commercial structures, financing solutions, risk / reward contracting and full stream capabilities
+ Understand the business goals, operating objectives and project pipelines of BHGE Key Accounts and target strategic deal customers while customizing BHGE solutions to best meet these needs
+ Understand competitor's regional value propositions and go-to-market approaches. Remaining current on all market trends and anticipating changes in the market including regulations, threats, competitor approaches, etc. and continually educating Regional and Product Company Teams on market dynamics and solution updates relative to their select mega deals
+ Ensure key Regional, Global and Supporting relationships are targeted and developed for all selected deals. This includes department, "C-Level" and governmental relationships with key regional and global customers (including EPC's) to ensure a strong awareness of current threats and establish a preference for BHGE's solution
+ Support the development and continuous improvement of a global strategic deal pursuit process
+ Develop and maintaining a deep understanding of BHGE's (and the GE Company) product and solution portfolio including full stream capabilities
+ Maintain a strong internal customer network including all Regional and Product Company Leadership along with key contacts in GE Power & Water and GE Capital
+ Support the commercialization and/or closure of critical revenue synergy opportunities within the new BHGE portfolio
+ Accommodate a global travel schedule when required by target deals
+ Demonstrate ability to envision, structure and ultimately negotiate and close complex / large deals
+ Be knowledgeable with creative deal financing
+ Be knowledgeable in various global markets
+ Posses strong working knowledge of Terms and Conditions
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
+ Minimum 5 years of Commercial and/or Sales, Technical sales support, business development and/or leadership experience experience
+ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university (preferred)
+ Minimum 10 years of Commercial & or Sales, Technical sales support and/ or business development experience (preference of Oil & Gas and Power Industry experience) or other transferable leadership experience
+ Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and computer skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, geographically dispersed team environment are required
+ Self-starter personality with high energy level, ability to manage global teams in matrix environment and start-up business mentality are keys to success in this position
+ Excellent presentation, spoken and written English skills
+ Customer-focused skills, demonstrated by experience in direct sales, customer services or project management, are essential
+ Experience in the Oil & Gas and Power Generation markets
+ Background in more than one BHGE Product Company market / offering
