This Senior Manager will be responsible for driving digital innovation that supports the pre and post launch needs of a novel compound in migraine. Specifically, this individual is responsible for leading the development, launch, and life cycle management of a digital platform that reduces the barriers to appropriate migraine care. The unbranded platform will increase awareness of the significant unmet need in migraine. It will leverage third party assets and destinations to construct an ecosystem to engage patients and health care professionals seeking information on the prevention of migraine attacks. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing the strategy and leading the implementation of this plan prior to launch.
The Senior Manager will also lead strategy, conception and development of a next generation patient support tool in time for launch. Responsibilities for this tool include building a robust product roadmap for future iterations of the platform that align to the program strategy.
Primary responsibilities include:
Delivering a pre-launch digital marketing and platform plan that drives awareness of the unmet need in migraine.
Aligning plan to the global strategy including strategic imperatives, behavioral objectives, and key performance indicators.
Customizing platforms and plans for the migraine treatment paradigm, the access environment and competitive landscape
Creating the concept for, and developing and delivering a branded digital platform to support patients and healthcare providers
Driving cross-functional decision making and alignment
Collaborating with analytics, regional partners, professional agencies, corporate affairs, product development, regulatory, clinical and legal functions
Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing experience or marketing and sales experience
Master's degree and 4 years of marketing experience or marketing and sales experience
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing experience or marketing and sales experience
Associate's degree and 10 years of marketing experience or marketing and sales experience
High School diploma/GED and 12 years of marketing experience or marketing and sales experience
8+ years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, with a strong background in strategic marketing and experience in delivering sophisticated programs that rely on clinical, regulatory, legal, analytics, and commercial functions to ensure success
Demonstrated brand strategy experience of a drug or medical device
A conceptual understanding of digital system design and a passion for creating non-traditional solutions to solve traditional marketing challenges
A passion for advancing how biotech companies support patients with technology; and how to leverage the data from such platforms to improve overall outcomes.
Track record in working in fast changing environment with degrees of ambiguity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and collaboration skills
