Job Description
The Global Marketing Senior Manager for Neuroscience will play an active role in the development and execution of marketing strategies that position the program for a successful launch.

Key responsibilities include:

Generating and applying deep customer / competitive insights to inform the commercialization and launch plan

Completing key Commercial Strategy deliverables in preparation for launch

Partnering with regional representatives to deliver on innovative and differentiating go-to-market deliverables

Leading oversight of Agency of Record to develop, track and manage program projects/budget

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years of marketing or marketing and sales experience
Master's degree and 4 years of marketing or marketing and sales experience
Bachelor's degree and 6 years of marketing or marketing and sales experience
Associate's degree and 10 years of marketing or marketing and sales experience
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of marketing or marketing and sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree and 6+ year of marketing experience, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of marketing experience, in the biopharmaceutical industry

Experience marketing to neurologists in the U.S.

Global marketing experience

Experience building and optimizing digital solutions (Healthcare Provider and Patient)

Knowledge of and experience in working with the promotions legal/regulatory environment

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, experience producing business results, and outstanding organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Strong leadership skills, including ability to influence teams with diverse backgrounds

Competitive mindset, including ability to champion ideas, take decisions and deliver results

Proven ability to proactively problem-solve in a matrix environment
