Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of global, regional and local international assignment policies and systems
- Provides end to end assignment support and ad hoc issues resolution (e.g. instructing assignment allowances to payroll, housing property management, taxes, home leave, etc.)
- Provides consultative support to internal clients with respect to US domestic employee mobility needs
- Develops and maintains working relationships with immigration, legal, and other specialists as required along with third party vendors, HR advisors, managers and employees.
- Monitors service level compliance and ensures appropriate performance metrics are established and maintained with third party vendors (e.g., communications, response times, system administration, escalated issues, etc.)
- Provides input into service level agreements related to IAM process inquiries / resolutions and ensures client needs are met from a specialist area perspective
- Consistently enforces mobility program policies and ensures strict adherence to the Code of Conduct in all assignment countries
- Suggests methods to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and related enabling technologies

- Strong background in problem solving, project management, and vendor management
- Ability to research and analyze confidential data, find relationships, and clearly present findings to others
- Strong analytical and process management skills
- Ability to manage own time effectively, work independently, and take accountability for actions while still maintaining a collaborative team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Tax background preferable
- Previous experience with International Assignment Management/Global Mobility preferred
