-Responsible for assessing global market access requirements with logistics strategies to assure optimal fulfillment of Products/Solutions.
-Assists in understanding and interpreting regulatory and market access requirements and provide End to End (E2E) Product Life Cycle management solutions to meet our global Regulatory Country Ship to List (CStL).
-Provides guidance to operations, logistics, fulfillment, design teams, Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs), Suppliers, 3rd Party Labs, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) partners in certification strategies at the product level for various regulatory agencies.
-Assures that all platforms and solutions are compliant with worldwide regulatory market access requirements and meets global customer expectation.
-Assess global regulatory information and formulate compliance certification strategy for Dell product portfolio for optimal market access and customer needs.
-Understands and drives Strategy for new business or new technical areas internally and externally Provides input and support in product specification, internal policy, external standards definition & influence Independently manages most complex issues and technologies
-Interacts with external Sales, Marketing and Customer Executive teams Technical & Process leadership role with others on cross-functional global teams/functions
