The mission of the Industry Sales Group is to work with the world's largest organizations in key Industry, Government, and Academic segments, creating value through the effective adoption of market leading solutions and architectures designed to solve our customers' most pressing business challenges. The team is also responsible for delivering leadership messaging and setting strategic direction for accounts across all identified industry focus areas.
ISG Global Transportation Vertical
One of the organization's key verticals is Transportation. Urban is a key segment within the Transportation vertical. We are looking to recruit a dynamic leader into the position of an Urban Transport Segment Lead focused on driving Intel's business and raising our relevance with Mobility Service Providers, Transit Operators, and National, Regional, and Local level DOTs globally. Working closely with other members of the Industry Sales Group (ISG) and key Business Unit stakeholders, as well as with major ecosystem partners, the Segment Lead will develop and orchestrate the execution of a global go to market strategy, focused primarily on driving Infrastructure and Urban Mobility solutions in large Metropolitan areas and beyond.
-Leading the adoption and sale of Intel products and services in the Urban Transportation
-Working with Intel scale engines to drive adoption beyond the ISG covered "deep" account base;
-Providing industry sales leadership and strategic direction to regional sales teams;
-Developing a long term solution roadmap for the sector
-Providing executive presence within, and thought leadership for the Urban & Infrastructure transport sectors;
-Acting as the sector "voice" back to Intel to ensure our strategies and solutions are designed to tackle the industry's major business problems and opportunities.
-Senior, successful strategist and Intelligent Mobility thought leader, with strong 10 management experience in sector sales / business development / management consulting;
-Expert in developing and driving adoption of technology-enabled business solutions for the Urban Mobility & Transport Infrastructure space;
-Proven track record in driving sector and customer tech-enabled business transformation;
-Tech visionary, thought leader, innovator, published author;
-Proven ability of engaging successfully at CxO levels - in the public and private sectors globally;
-Familiarity with Intel's strategies, products, and technologies;
-Bachelor's Degree (science or business).
-Excellent cross-functional team leadership and strong influence / matrix management skills;
-Experience in setting and implementing global strategies;
-Proven track record of managing and operating in virtual teams - driving strategies and tactics and setting goals / objectives;
-Proven ability to make significant impact in dynamic, global work environments;
-Proven ability to negotiate and influence at senior levels across internal / external stakeholder;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
-Strong public speaking abilities, effective corporate spokesperson;
-Proven track record of participating in complex customer, partner, and internal engagements;
-Master's Degree (science or business).
