Global Supply Chain Advanced Development Program


We currently recruiting students to be a part of a powerful and unique experience for top December 2017 and May 2018 graduates interested in a leadership career in Global Supply Chain.

The Global Supply Chain ADP program is a two-year manufacturing rotational program consisting of two tracks:

  • Operations/Engineering
  • Supply Chain

Participants in either track will experience four, six-month rotations in two GSC locations — one year per location.
These rotations enable participants to gain a multitude of broad experiences, networking opportunities, and unique exposure early on before focusing within an area that is the best fit for the participant and the company.

Potential rotations in the program will include:

  • Manufacturing Engineer
  • Production Supervisor
  • Materials Analyst
  • Quality Engineer
  • Logistics Analyst or Supply Chain Planning
  • Materials Analyst
  • Procurement- Buyer
  • Production or Distribution Supervisor

Possible Rotation Locations include:



Lexington, KY; Smyrna, TN; Lincoln, NE; Mechanicsburg, PA; Erlanger, KY; Peru, IN; Huntington, IN; Columbia, MO; Columbia, SC; Seneca, SC; Oxford, OH, Cedar Rapids, IA; Clovis, CA; Knightdale, NC; Athens, TX; Leesport, PA; Middletown, PA; El Paso, TX

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in preferred majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Supply Chain and Logistics
  • 3.0 GPA minimum required
  • Desire to grow your career in manufacturing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Manufacturing or Supply Chain Internship Experience mandatory
  • Must not require Sponsorship, now or in the future, for a work visa
