The T&E Talent Reinvention / Digital Change COC Partner is responsible for bringing the right people and services/solutions together to:
- Help IBM client's adopt the change associated with large transformation, through the use of agile, data based, and digital organizational change methodology
- Plan and drive mission-critical client enterprise transformation initiatives through Talent Management, HR Cloud and Cognitive Strategy, Talent Analytics and Digital Change focused on the overall Employee Experience and Engagement,
- Develop innovative client propositions for next generation Talent and HR solutions representing the rapidly changing market
- Build and grow a successful Global Talent & Engagement consulting practice for IBM, support a unified go-to-marker approach, and distinctive, consistent brand messaging that further differentiates IBM
