Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Global Tax Process Analyst to be based in New Brunswick, NJ. This is an exciting new position for Johnson & Johnson’s tax technology and global process teams. As an integral part of the both the Global Process Team and the Back-to-Basics teams, you will work with various global cross-functional project teams to prepare J&J’s SOx 404 Internal Controls and work with the Back-to-Basics project team deploying a new SAP global template across the J&J enterprise.

Design, deploy, maintain standardized change management processes for J&J Global tax applications
Coordinate SOx testing and internal control documentation for J&J Global Tax
Maintain SOx documentation including SOPs, MSAs, SDLC documentation
Collect and analyze global SOx test data
Perform SOx testing for the global tax, local tax, finance and IT DCMs
Responsible for Metric Stream (internal audit software for SOx reporting) for Management Reporting
Provide Corporate Internal Audit and PricewaterhouseCoopers audit support for SOx
Back to Basics Deployment Support
Provide support to the Back to Basics (BtB) Tax Project Manager for the BtB deployments
Work with the Tax affiliates to define additional user requirements for new BtB deployments that are not defined in the BtB Global Template
Perform system and user acceptance testing for BtB deployments
Assist with the preparation of any necessary documentation
Validate the data for BtB deployments
Work with the BtB team on new report requests
