Impact compelling change and improvement by providing engineering design and support for collaboration tool related projects, legacy challenges, and integration in conjunction with varying projects and initiatives. Act as a consultative thought partner interacting with vendors and suppliers while staying abreast of emerging technologies to translate into actionable ways to implement new solutions.
Administer the OKTA SSO Platform; including setting up apps, checking logs, and troubleshooting issues within the platform
Administer the Google stack
Tier III support for gmail, okta, saas applications, and other higher-level issues within the company
Auditing application access including but not limited to gmail, active directory, saas apps
Administer Adaxes/Active directory accounts including deprovisioning, editing security group access, and setting account attributes
Work with IBM Domino team on integration issues and account setups
Responsible for managing conference room technology including setting up meetings that can be remotely and locally viewed
Develop technology roadmaps.
Analyze, engineer, and execute software functions.
Manage technology vendors.
Stay abreast of how technology infrastructures are currently impacting and driving competitors.
Collate, analyze and report on information from various sources
Effectively establish and maintain relationships with product teams as it pertains to gathering and reporting, as well as data analysis.
Assess vendor development/test strategies.
Perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common problems.
Update collaboration tools.
Fundamentally support cloud enablement across vendor platforms.
Develop an understanding of end goal development efforts in order to detect obstacles and shepherd the organization in their elimination or avoidance.
Cross-train and assist in supporting legacy infrastructures
