This Senior Advisor position within the Government Services Regulatory Affairs Business Support team is a vital
contributor to our regulatory and compliance support within PBM, and to the health plan clients we support for all Government lines of business (i.e., Medicare, Medicaid, Exchange, and Affordable Care Act.) This role will focus on four key vital areas:
1) Regulatory Communications within the PBM, and externally to the clients we serve,
2) Health Plan Compliance Support Activities,
3) Prospective business RFP’s,
4) PBM strategy to monitor and demonstrate compliance with all applicable regulations for compliance program requirements for all Government lines of business.
Accountable for annual planning and management associated with each health plan’s annual compliance assessment/activities (i.e., Oversight, Training, Communication, Publicized Disciplinary Standards, Monitoring/Auditing and Prompt Response to Compliance
Member of Regulatory communications strategy/implementation team facilitating the development and delivery of regulatory communications within the PBM at all levels of the organization and externally to our health plan clients.
Interacts directly with existing clients and new clients to support demonstration of CVS actions/deliverables in place to meet Government Regulations, such as consulting with internal business partners for the completion of annual compliance assessments.
Partner with Client Audit to track and identify trends of regulatory requests to establish best practices for deliverables as well as offer solutions for identified gaps.
Reduce complexity and streamline the processes and deliverables for Health Plan Compliance Support activities such as the review of corrective action plans503015
