A contract Government Sales Support Analyst job located in Snoqualmie,WAis available courtesy of Modis Engineering. In this position you will review and analyze pricing quotations for proposals, quotes and orders for company's government business. You must have at least three years of experience with government purchasing process. The rate range for this position is from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour. The expected duration is at least two months but has a good possibility for extensions.
Government Sales Support Analyst job responsibilities include:
Review and analyze pricing quotations for proposals, quotes and orders for company's government business.
Maintain and update pricing catalogs for commercial and government customers.
Develop, maintain and analyze master pricing databases, and system price books, for commercial and government customers.
Develop and maintain a contract database for commercial and government customers. Assist in maintaining the master database (e.g. release status, harmonization code, country of origin, USlist price), following company requirements and meeting accuracy and timeliness expectations.
Assist in reviewing systems, processes and procedures for improvements and cost savings; and ensuring procedures are in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field; Four years of directly related experience may be substituted for the educational requirement
Three or more years of experience with government purchasing process required;
Three or more years' experience in Sales Support in a medical equipment business desired - level determined by overall relevant experience.
Competency in computer skills: MS Office applications, query tools and database systems. ERP systems experience required. Knowledge of collaboration tools and applications preferred.
Attention to detail / organized approach to work. Able to receive and follow instructions and assignments, and meet given priorities.
Experience working positively and productively in a team environment. Collaborative with highly developed relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Fast-paced office environment; requires significant use of telephone and computer.
Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with different time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet business needs.
