Seeking qualified candidate to fill the Senior Compliance Analyst position. The selected candidate will be required to analyze information and data from multiple internal and external sources relevant to security threats and compliance risks. Qualified candidates must be able to analyze information and data and develop requirements and recommendations pertaining to potential security threats and compliance risks.
The Senior Compliance Analyst will:
Support security and compliance programs through technical analysis of data.
Analyze and provide recommendations for the integration and synchronization of compliance functions by reviewing and providing analysis and recommendations to establish and maintain centralized monitoring, tracking, and the resolution of potential threats and risks.
Perform research and develop documents, summaries, reports, and presentations.
Brief key personnel on related compliance issues.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree and 8 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education:
Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and four or more years of related experience including comprehensive knowledge of intelligence and counterintelligence, or 6-9 years of experience in lieu of degree.
Relevant analyst, risk management, or program security experience. The analyst must possess demonstrated successful experience in support of Corporate and/or Government Compliance and Risk programs .
Experience with the modus operandi of threat and compliance risk actors, international organizations, and associated capabilities and operations.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ensures Oracle compliance with all US Government security regulations and mandates.
Provides 24/7 responsiveness in support of Oracle*s U.S. Government business. Process personnel security clearances and periodic reinvestigations. Monitor classified information systems and controlled areas. Serve as classification management specialists providing classification guidance to employees and subcontractors. Maintain Sensitive Compartment Information Facilities (SCIFs) and respond to after-hour alarms and emergency conditions at a SCIF location. Monitor all external activities and government legislation affecting the organization. Provide recommendations regarding "best practice" business security standards and solutions and guidance to maintain a secure environment for the protection of personnel, property, and information.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
