Role Summary:

Supports marketing efforts by promoting GE's brand attributes and product value through the development of design systems, strategic positioning, naming, and executive / customer presentations. This role demands exceptional attention to detail and a high level of collaboration within marketing and other departments.

The designer will work in conjunction with strategy and design directors with opportunity to participate in all phases of the go-to-market process.

Essential Responsibilities:

In addition you will :

Support

+ Provide branding expertise and consultancy for differentiate offerings, while improving GE's image and customer value recognition

+ Support development of go-to-market strategies for clear and differentiated positioning platforms

+ Support development of presentations for both internal and external audiencesCollaborate

+ Work to create product, portfolio, technology, and systems architecture names and strategies

+ Capable of confidently working with team members and having a passion for working through strategic and design problems

+ Contribute to creative, visually-driven solutions that supports project goalsManage

+ Develop and manage systems such as illustrations and iconography

+ Maintain visual asset libraries to serve all business units including Commercial, Military, and Business & General Aviation

Qualifications/Requirements:

+ BFA / BS / BA from an accredited university or college in Graphic Design

+ Minimum of 3 years of work experience in Graphic Design field

+ Strong creative and conceptual skills

+ Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple manner

+ Strong oral and written communication skills

+ Ability to engage with various disciplines including:

+ Outstanding technical skills with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
