Description  
Intuit's Small Business Group is looking for a leader to run payments business development and partner management. This position reports to the Small Business Group Business Development leader and has responsibility of building and managing Intuit's strategic relationships with payment processors, e-wallets, acquirers, card issuers, etc...  
This leader will also drive buy/build/partner analysis working with the product and corporate development teams and be responsible for representing Intuit in Executive-level interactions with partners, and working closely with product, engineering and go-to-market teams across the Small Business Group to drive best-in-class integrations and engagement with our current and future partners. The position is full-time and based in our main office in Mountain View.
The ideal candidate is passionate about international markets, online payments, technology, small businesses and business strategy
 
Responsibilities
  • Create high-impact strategy and business plan for Intuit's growing payment business
  • Lead cross-functional team to formulate, negotiate and execute key partnership deals
  • Build strong relationship with partner's senior leadership team
  • Assess and identify M&A opportunities
  • Represent partnership context to internal leadership/sponsors
  • Mentor and coach BD & Partner team members

  • 8+ years of work experience in business development, management consulting, corporate development, or investment banking
  • Strong product sense and experience working with technical teams
  • Payments industry experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; must have a confident presence
  • Transaction experience; must have completed multiple partnerships and/or M&A deals
