Group Marketing Manager, Self Service Acquisition Marketing
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
We are looking for a digital marketing leader to accelerate growth across all of our self-service businesses. These include LinkedIn Learning, Business subscriptions, Job Seeker subscriptions, and Sales Solutions. The ideal candidate will have an outstanding pedigree for building organizations, developing strategy and executing a broad range of initiatives to drive the acquisition of customers via self service channels.
The marketing leader will work closely with Product, marketing operations, and finance teams to build and launch marketing campaigns, track performance, and manage a P&L. The ideal candidate can blend analytical and creative skillsets, manage multiple stakeholders to create consensus, and always keep the member's perspective top of mind. As the leader of a team, this person will need to be an experienced manager that can grow and inspire talent.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-performing team of acquisition marketers, motivating them to hit performance metrics and innovate new strategies
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to define, shape, and execute growth strategy for Premium Subscriptions
  • Lead digital acquisition team responsible for attracting, educating, and converting consumers into LinkedIn customers
  • Define the end-to-end digital experience as it relates to microsites, choosers and checkout flows
  • Define and implement full lifecycle marketing initiatives that leverage LinkedIn and non-LinkedIn marketing assets and strategies including SEO, SEM, display, email and social media
  • Develop framework and perform data analysis, forecasting, A/B and multivariate testing in order to optimizing for various goals including acquisition, survival and LTV
  • Own marketing P&L, build and manage marketing outlook for the year
Basic Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
  • 10 years of experience in implementing strategies to accelerate growth via SEO, SEM, display, email and social media
  • Development and management of multi-million dollar marketing budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MA/MBA degree in marketing or related field
  • Experience in consumer internet product marketing and leveraging customer insights to inform strategy, segmentation, and in-product user experiences
  • Ability to manage and influence across highly cross-functional teams
