The New Product Development organization is focused on exploring adjacencies and pushing the boundaries of traditional e-commerce. The Growth marketing manager will conceive and execute the user acquisition and engagement strategy. Data driven and results focused, the role lives at the intersection of data, product, engineering, and marketing.
In this role you will build strategic, innovative user acquisition and engagement plans to drive awareness, consideration and loyalty for our cutting edge products. She/He will work with teams across Marketing, Business Development, Product, Research, Analytics and Design to maximize engagement and awareness from existing products, to launching new products, to investigating the next generation of products for the organization.
Work with the team to develop strategies for acquisition, retention and reactivation through multiple channels, including SEM/SEO, contextual targeting, retargeting, traditional marketing and inbound channels (Paid, Owned, and Earned Media)
Design and implement tests that bring users in and keep them going down the path, Support product to understand where and why users leave, then design and implement tests to bring them back.
Prioritize growth needs & testing rhythms
Bring disruptive thought leadership for the next set of partnerships and product growth hacks to create new avenues for growth
Manage paid and unpaid social and engagement channels - user acquisition, communication, feedback collection, virality and retention
Work with Marketing, PR and internal communication stakeholders to execute on an innovative and impactful go to market and user engagement plan
Distill feedback and insights from the engagement channels, Analytics, Research, and product to drive improvements in the product
Skills and experience:
~5 years of relevant experience
Strong background in user acquisition, Marketing and engagement
Strong organizational, project management skills

Strong analytics and insight extraction skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Must be innovative and demonstrate an ability to apply new thinking to a problem

Capable of running with ideas with only minimal direction
