Guest Relations Ambassador

As a Coca-Cola brand ambassador, a Guest Relations Ambassador will spearhead front line customer service on a highly visible stage at the World of Coca-Cola. Guest Relations Ambassadors provide exceptional guest service to over one million guests annually enhancing brand image and supporting Company goals through providing ambassadorship to consumers from around the world.

Guest Relations Ambassadors serve in various areas of the World of Coca-Cola, including: Coca-Cola Loft, , The Vault of the Secret Formula, Pop Culture Gallery, Milestone History Museum, Bottleworks Bottling Plant, Taste It Beverage Lounge, Ticketing/Admissions, and VIP Tours.. All applicants will be assessed for the following positions:
Guest Relations Ambassador
• Greet and engage guests throughout the Attraction by sharing knowledge about The Coca-Cola Company, its products and history
• Making our guests feel welcomed, informed, and included in the story, including and treating guests to memorable experiences
• Provide necessary crowd control in and /or outside of assigned areas, including: setup and breakdown of stations; pulsing guest traffic into theatres or galleries, communicating wait times to guests and notifying team members and management of room capacity
• Replenish guests supplies, to include: bottle bags, cups, 4-D glasses, guest maps, setup and breakdown of concierge stand
• Must be able to evacuate guests in assigned areas and/or throughout the building in an emergency, including: assisting guests in wheelchairs or small children in strollers, shutting down of theatres including, pulling alarms, manually opening theatre doors
• Welcome school groups administer group check-in procedures
• Stock bottle and lunch carts for school groups and camps and deliver to designated areas
• Work evening private events program
Admissions/Ticketing Ambassador
In addition to performing all Guest Relations duties:
• Operate ticketing system
• Reconcile cash transactions
• Meet all sales goals, to include: CityPASS, public tours and annual passes
• Work at a high level of accuracy and professionalism
Vault Ambassador
In addition to performing all Guest Relations duties:
• Look and act as an authentic security guard
• Reference all interactive exhibits with in the Gallery consistently throughout the work shift
• Offer to take picture of guest at photo opportunities within the exhibit
• Entertain and inform the guests with an upbeat and energetic presentation
Milestones and Bottle Works Ambassador
In addition to performing all Guest Relations duties:
• Reference interactive exhibit elements assisting guests and sharing stories about the artifacts
• Conduct mini-tours for guest in off-peak periods
• Offer to take picture of guest at photo opportunities within the exhibit
• Entertain and inform the guests with an upbeat and energetic presentation
Loft Ambassador:
In addition to performing all Guest Relations duties:
• Entertain and inform the guests with an upbeat and energetic presentation
• Provide descriptions of memorabilia and an overview of the other attractions
• Verbally provide directions and information to guests via microphone
Public and VIP Tour Guides:
In addition to performing all Guest Relations duties:
• Conduct public and VIP tours and greetings
• Able to climb sets of stairs
• Continuous walking and standing for prolonged periods of time (6-8 hours)
• Continuous exposure to outside temperatures- heat and cold (6-8 hours)
• Able to reach over head to lift objects between 10-20lbs
• Able to push and pull objects up to 50lbs
• Able to navigate through darks and work in dark closed spaces (6-8 hours)
• Able to work in noisy crowded, tight spaces
• 1 year experience in the themed attractions, hospitality and/or customer service related industry
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to perform at a consistent level in a highly visible public (guest) arena
• Multi-lingual skills considered a plus
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, weekends, and evenings. Weekend availability is required.
• Work within a team concept with a culturally diverse staff
• High school degree or equivalent is required
