**Job Description:** The Executive Briefing Center’s (EBC) purpose is to deepen Dell EMC’s relationship with customers and partners to grow revenue and extend pipeline opportunities. The Guest Services Specialist is responsible for the execution of all briefings, meetings and events within the EBC. The Guest Services Specialist will work closely with the Briefing Advisor(s), Sales teams, Customers and Partners. The Guest Services Specialist must be of professional appearance and demeanor and understand the importance of customer service as the face of the EBC. **Duties and Responsibilities:** ‒ Responsible for all aspects of execution for any briefing, meeting or event taking place in the EBC ‒ As the face of the EBC, serve as the main point of contact for Sales teams, Customers and Partners for any “day-of” needs ‒ Coordinate logistics for customers such as ground transportation, lodging, dinners, sporting events and any other entertainment ‒ Coordinate catering arrangements for all briefings, events and receptions; this includes working closely with the Catering team to consider dietary/cultural needs of our customers and partners ‒ Maintain and establish relationships with vendors/stakeholders to continually enhance the customer experience ‒ Plan and execute all non-Briefing events (Partner events, internal Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), internal meetings, etc.) ‒ Oversee all inventory needs for customer gifts and briefing supplies ‒ Manage the scheduling, usage and IT needs of In-Center Telepresence room ‒ Manage and maintain the digital content displayed throughout the EBC ‒ Monitor and troubleshoot any IT/audio visual requirements within the EBC ‒ Field and resolve all day-of agenda and logistics requests from Sales teams and customers ‒ Interface professionally with clients, vendors, facilities, security, and executives at all levels of the company ‒ Prepare meeting rooms daily (agendas, badges, customer gifts, guest wireless access, etc.) ‒ Maintain the Briefing Coordinator policy and procedure manual to ensure consistency with our other Global EBCs ‒ Handle all general administrative duties at the front desk of the EBC ‒ Other miscellaneous duties and projects specified by manager as it pertains to the EBC **Work Location and Schedule Requirements:** ‒ Due to the nature of this role, this position must be physically located in Hopkinton, MA and is not eligible for remote work consideration ‒ Must be able to begin work at 7:00AM and be available to work overtime hours as needed **Qualifications:** _Required:_ ‒ 1+ years of experience in client services, hospitality, meeting/events or a related field ‒ Professional demeanor and appearance, as well as a positive attitude ‒ Excellent written and oral communication skills ‒ Strong customer services skills and ability to maintain and grow relationships ‒ Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment ‒ Strong organizational and time management skills ‒ Knowledge of Microsoft Office Product Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) _Preferred:_ ‒ Bachelor’s degree ‒ Experience with audio visual technology and troubleshooting **Why work with us?** ‒ Life at Dell means collaborating with dedicated professionals with a passion for technology ‒ When we see something that could be improved, we get to work inventing the solution ‒ Our people demonstrate our winning culture through positive and meaningful relationships ‒ We invest in our people and offer a series of programs that enables them to pursue a career that fulfills their potential ‒ Our team members’ health and wellness is our priority as well as rewarding them for their hard work **EMC Values:** When you choose our company, you join a diverse world of innovative thought leaders.
