Job Purpose
This role will be an integral member of the Hansen's Commercial team responsible for developing & executing pricing strategies, analytical analysis and OBPPC optimization.

Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Develop pricing strategy by Brand, Channel and RTM
  • Create Trade letters to drive coherency and efficiency across brands and organization
  • Lead Business Unit Trade Board and Monthly Performance Management of Trade Spend
  • Provide leadership decision support and consulting for incremental funding requests
  • Partner with Brand and Commercial leads for analytical support - for monthly routines, Nielsen, gap to plan identification, contingencies, deep dives, post analysis reporting
  • Lead customer analysis for creation of brand selling stories, opportunity gap identification and assessing specific drivers of performance.
  • Support OBPPC optimization work with Brand and Commercial
  • Lead Planning, Vetting and Performance Management of Annual Brand Plans
  • Support Business Unit leadership with annual planning goals by Brand including price levers (special emphasis, coupons, GTM funds, etc)

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferred Level: MBA or other graduate degree

  • 10-15 years' experience, preferably in the consumer goods/beverages industry
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of AC Nielsen, SPINS, Matrix and Margin Minder
  • Broad strategy development expertise across channel, brand, category or customer, including local marketing
  • Field or customer leadership experience including budget responsibility and management
  • Experience with price pack plans and trade pricing
  • Experience in brand strategy including brand vision and positioning, brand role, targeted occasions, and communication objectives

Working Conditions
  • RGM Manager will usually work in an office environment.
  • RGM Manager will work a standard work week but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to meet project milestones
