where you will set the strategic direction and definition of Workday's Learning product area within our revolutionary cloud business management solution.
We will be looking to you to set the Learning vision based on research and synthesis of various data inputs. You will then evangelize this vision, the roadmap and the strategic plan internally and externally, including giving updates to customers, prospects and partners.
Among your internal stakeholders will be our HCM Product Management and Development teams to prioritize and shape features, and as the Learning product spokesperson, you will support Sales and Marketing in terms of positioning, deal advice and strategy.At Workday customers come first.

- 6+ years experience in product strategy or management for global HCM enterprise applications
- Functional or consulting experience with Learning and Development.
- An understanding of the challenges facing multi-national organizations when they deploy HCM Applications globally
- Excellent communication skills
- An MBA or Masters Degree
- The ability to travel 30%
