MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 25%-Define product assortment, features, benefits, pricing strategy, and geographic differentiation for in-home sales products for HDE and HDI. Acts as a strategic business partner to support HDMS and their partnership with the D23 merchant team
- 25%-Develops critical internal controls for margin, product line reviews, suppliers, and utilizes advance analytic techniques to ensure these controls and strategies are measured and adjusted to optimize sales, competitive differentiation, supplier efficiency, and 3rd party installer effectiveness
- 25%-Works effectively with internal partners across core merchandising, on-line, marketing, finance, learning, and communications to ensure product strategies are implemented quickly and efficiently. This includes in-store signage, product line reviews, A/B market tests, and associate communication and knowledge on product changes.
- 25%-Develops labor pricing models and labor standards for pricing that considers geographic differences integrated in a national strategy

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 10 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
