The Head, Global Service Quality is responsible in leading defined actions and initiatives, resulting in a significant contribution to overall Service Business and Alcon company growth and profitability through improved partnerships with our customers. This role will interface with the various Regional Technical Service Teams, MTO, Quality and R&D to drive continuous improvement projects as well as manage Technical Service quality teams. The Global Head, Service Quality has the primary responsibility of ensuring Quality Assurance and Compliance for the Global Field Service. This role serves as the quality function liaison and subject matter expert to the Repair Shops and Field Service Engineers, and may serve as supervisor of the service quality team of quality assurance analysts and service quality specialists. This role will also lead quality improvement projects, report on quality performance to business leadership, manage quality issues and issue escalation, and serve as the quality representative for the Repair Shops.

10 years of quality experience and/or clinical experience in medical device or related field- 6 years of demonstrated leadership.
