The Commercial Sales Analysis and Performance Management team is looking for a new lead for its Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Sales team. In this role, the associate will lead a team of associates and partner with senior leadership to develop and deliver the sales infrastructure and strategy in CRE inclusive of intent ownership for sales data and reporting, performance management, staffing design, relationship planning, sales processes, and sales analysis. 

Key business partners include the Head of Commercial Real Estate, his business leads, and his chief of staff. Key partners to drive execution will include Commercial Data Analysis, the CRE Marketing Analytics Team, Corporate Finance, CRE Credit and Portfolio Analytics, and CRE Servicing.

Critical to success will be his/her ability to connect and integrate objectives, navigate difficult conversations, prioritize between competing demands, and earn the confidence and trust of key internal stakeholders. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to manage up, across, and down in a large organization and win support for change recommendations 
  • Ability to support and lead new business initiatives from ideation through implementation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Genuine intellectual curiosity and passion for achieving business results
  • Solid business judgment
  • Understanding of data environments/infrastructure and quantitative analytical/statistical skills 
  • Comfort establishing relationships with individuals in a wide range of job families

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Computer Science, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, or Engineering) or military experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
  • Experience in Commercial Banking or sales process role
  • Demonstrated results in developing and implementing sales management tools and process, preferably within a matrix organization
  • Demonstrated people management skills
