Health Services Director - Care Management- Nashville TN.
Responsible for designing, implementing, directing and evaluating strategic Population Health and Disease Management programs to support clinical, quality-related or business goals for the Government Business Divison business unit.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Participates with other senior management to establish strategic plans and objectives (i.e. clinical outcomes, service level targets, financial targets, development and implementation of new programs).
Develops strategic partnerships with health plan leadership and customer representatives.
Reports project status and progress to senior management. Ensures accuracy and timeliness of output and deliverables for assigned functional areas.
Implements and ensures compliance with corporate management policies, practices, and procedures.
Has fiscal responsibility for area budgets.
Directs reporting/forecasting activities of the business unit focused on setting and achieving short and long-term strategic goals.
Delivers analyses and project updates to all areas requiring information for management reporting, analysis and executive decision making.
Establishes relationships with business users.
This position is located in our Nashville TN, location: 22 Century Boulevard Suite 220 Nashville, TN 37214
This role will allow flexibility to work at home, but you are required to work in office whenever required.
10% travel may be required based on needs of the department.
