Job Description •Works independently to develop new business with prospects that have moderate and large complex credit needs in our Healthcare portfolio

•Maintains established market presence

•Makes calls independently

•Gathers related financial and general business information, performs financial analyses needed to make credit decisions, participates in team credit decisions and communicates with prospects and Customers to close sales

•Prepares basic management reports summarizing loan activity

•Meets regularly with internal referral sources to establish business relationships and develops network of outside referral sources for new business Job Requirements •4 year degree or equivalent experience

•7-10 years related experience

•Strong understanding of commercial business development techniques and credit decisions related to Healthcare lending

•Demonstrated business development track record

•Strong market presence with wide network of outside referral sources for new business

•Demonstrated credit and financial analysis skills
