Job Duties

This position is the primary Epic Cogito Administrator which includes day to day Clarity and Caboodle support, Epic Crystal Integration (ECI), Radar, and SSAS cubes. Position will be responsible for coordinating and performing bi-monthly special updates (SU) and Epic application upgrades, troubleshooting day to day errors in the ETL loads(test and production) and on call support (including holidays and weekends). The use of Clarity data throughout the organization is pervasive and this position is critical to ensuring the daily continuity in our analytics platform.

Technical skills should include Structure Query Language (SQL), SQL Server 2012 or higher (Caboodle platform), Oracle 12c (Clarity platform), SSIS ETL experience as well as SSAS. Epic Clarity ETL Administration and Epic Caboodle Administration Certification preferred.

• Assumes primary engineer role for projects as designated by supervisor which may include: assisting project manager in the coordination of project plan activities; ensuring timely and effective communication between all members of the project team regarding daily status and issues; and preparing go live and sign off documents and processes. • Provides daily support for existing integration solutions, including modifying, testing, validating, and documenting system changes. Adheres to normal change control processes for these activities. • Day to day system administration of various integration tools including performance tuning, system monitoring, problem investigation, and application upgrades. • Proactively identifies process and procedural issues and suggests potential solutions and engages teammates or other teams as required.
