We are currently in need of a Patient Account Representative for a busy organization on a temporary to hire basis. The responsibilities of the Patient Account Representative will be: - Provide timely and accurate information in response to patient inquiries. - Answer patient requests according to AHS polices and procedures, and follow client protocols. - Employ excellent customer service skills in every interaction with internal and external customers. - Research each issue presented by callers thoroughly and completes all necessary follow up. - Batch mail and work correspondence. The ideal qualifications for the Patient Account Representative will be: - Team player - Customer Service experience required. - Medical billing experience preferred.
