•Provide Tier 1-3 help desk support including user, desktop, phone, server, application, network etc. across multiple sites within the US and Canada. •Responsible for hardware/ software setup and configuration. This will also include knowledge of mobile, tablet and handheld devices. •Log, troubleshoot, and track IT issues, escalating where necessary. Gathers pertinent data for accurate incident classification and communications to management. •Maintain hardware and software inventories, support documentation, including technical configuration information and process flows. •Install, maintain and support corporate office and site network infrastructure as needed. (I.e. Ethernet drops, patch cables, switch, modems and routers.) •General knowledge of business disciplines / functions to support the end user environment.
