1. Evaluates business processes and provides hardware, software and connectivity solutions. 2. Coordinates and develops documentation updates for both technical and end user documentation. 3. Tests new production applications in the desktop environment. 4. Evaluates new computer hardware to be utilized within the system. 5. Maintains in-depth knowledge of all Aspire facilities for on-call purposes. 6. Provides troubleshooting for all hardware/software systems. 7. Manages Help Desk Queue and prioritizes work assignments. 8. Manages small to mid-scale user requests. 9. Responsible for maintaining the inventory and ordering of spare equipment for and coordinating the repair of broken equipment. 10. Adheres to all policies, procedures, and standards, within budgetary specifications, including time management, supply management, productivity, and accuracy of practice. 11. Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education, skills competency, supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor, and resource to less experienced staff.
