Provides 100% phone technical support service to clients (internal and external) by providing a single point of contact to report problems or direct inquiries regarding IT-related "break-fix" and "how-to" issues in accordance with appropriate industry standards. Analyzes user problems through various troubleshooting techniques. Aims for First Call Resolution, logs and when applicable dispatches incidents to the appropriate personnel. Maintains IT service management software appropriate for role. Resolves incidents within appropriate industry standards. Handles general administrative duties. Other duties as assigned.

Desktop / Help Desk Support - Responsible for providing customer service and technical expertise for all levels of users. Diagnoses and troubleshoots software, hardware and procedural problems and works to minimize downtime resulting from these issues. Responsible for day to day logging, tracking and resolving of customer reported problems or concerns.
