TEKsystems is seeking a Help Desk Technician for one of our top non financial clients in the area. This position supports Tier 1 issues in a fast paced environment.

Successful candidates will have experience with the following:
  • Network connectivity
  • Working with ticketing systems
  • Working with Active directory
  • Password resets
  • Customer service skills.


Nice to Have:

1-2 years of strong help desk experience.

Certifications are a plus:
  • A+
