One of our top clients is looking for 3 Service Desk Representatives. Client is in need of Support Representatives receive and resolve end user issues. This is a high volume environment, where 3 of our consultants were just promoted into the next tier of help desk.

There is much room for career advancement

Must Haves:

1-2 years experience in IT preferably a phone support role.

High level of customer service at all times.

Great personality, gets along well with others.


Having a degree in an IT field!
