This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida area and is a full-time opportunity. What you get to do every day - Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems - Deliver IT support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and a variety of other applications used internally - Solutions to recurring and new problems. - System images and deployment automation. - An effective written and verbal communication skills. - Hardware, software, computer security, and network connectivity support. - An understanding of newer technologies.
