Robert Half Technology has a need for a Help Desk Analyst for one of our clients in Ann Arbor, MI. This Help Desk Analyst position is a contract position due to growth the company is experiencing. Looking to have this Help Desk Analyst start ASAP for 10-12 weeks (could be longer).
The Help Desk Analyst will provide technical support for computer systems, hardware and software. Must have a solid understanding of MS products.
-Experience with Windows, Active Directory and MS Exchange.
-Able to solve complex technical problems
-Support for PC's, laptops, printers, cell phones and tablets
-Support remote users, using VPN, VNC, GoToMeeting, Remote Desktop and other tools.
