Help Desk Analyst I

Robert Half Technology is assisting one of our premier clients in the Southern Maine area with an immediate need for multiple Help Desk Technicians. These are full-time, long-term contract positions with the option for first, second, or third shift hours. Duties will include: - Providing quality phone/remote technical support in a fast-paced environment. - Using ticketing systems to track and resolve issues. - Supporting client migrations, trouble ticket overflow, and general Microsoft Windows support. Candidates will ideally have a working knowledge of Windows 7, Active Directory, Exchange 2010, and Office 365, along with a technology related degree or equivalent experience in the field.
