Application Support Technician:Robert Half Technology is looking to fill an Application Support Technician with one of it's premiere clients in Central Ohio. As an Application Support Technician, candidates will utilize detailed knowledge of the core, electronic, document processing and accounting applications to support end users. In addition, gain an understanding of how these applications interact with all other applications. Provide direct contact for affiliate banks to investigate inquiries and problems to a satisfactory conclusion. Maintain detailed documentation of problems reported and corrective action taken within the ticket tracking system. Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal relationship skills, with experience in a direct contact customer service position related to bank operations or technical support. 2. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 3. Accurate, efficient and organized work habits. 4. Intuitive sense for identifying and resolving problems with the ability to exercise sound judgment in handling inquiries. 5. detail oriented telephone manner with the ability to work under stress and deadlines. Ability to work with minimum supervision. 6. Ability to prioritize and multi-task due to the constant change related to the workload. 7. Adaptability to change and dedication to quality performance.
