Robert Half Technology is looking for a Desktop Support Professional to assist our clients' Director of IT with the following tasks on a pat-time basis: - Troubleshooting, maintaining and upgrading student and staff computers - Monitoring and tracking support requests - Software installations, upgrades for virus protection The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of Windows XP, WIndows 7, Windows server 2003-2013, MS Exchange Sever 2003-2008 or above, Outlook (including Web Access, Office 2003-2007 or above, Active Directory IIS, DHCP, WINS DNS and TCP/IP.
