Our client is actively looking for a Help Desk Analyst. The position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is an ongoing contract.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Provide IT support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and a variety of other applications used internally - Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems - Experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory - Prior experience in a customer service environment necessary
