Robert Half is seeking for an Entry level Help Desk candidate for temporary to full-time work in the Bellevue area! If you have any experience with technical support and great customer service this opportunity is ideal for you! In addition this is a temporary-to-full-time role. Top 3 Requirements: -Customer Service -Interest in Technology / Must be tech savvy -Working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook) Job Description: Help Desk Team consists of 6 people. Everyone is always hired as a Help Desk Analyst I and they promote from there into their Infrastructure team and Development Team. Good retention, fun environment, GROWTH opportunity! -Support 2000 users across the US -Troubleshoot in various areas: password reset, printer issues, creating new accounts/new full-time onboarding, set up emails on a mobile phone -Must know Microsoft office suites -Experience using Ticketing system: Manage Engine (no experience required) -Experience with all Windows from XP, 7, 8 and 10 -Project Work may include: changing cables on work stations, re-imaging, set up new work stations, email migrations --- no experience required, will train!
