Robert Half Technology is recruiting for a Help Desk Analyst to support local and field users in a growing Help Desk team in Madison, WI. The Help Desk Analyst will be assisting internal end users via phone, email, and ticketing system. You will be working on Level I/II tickets and escalate tickets that can't be resolve on the first tier. This is an ideal role for someone with great customer service and have been working with technology whether in a school or personal use setting. If you have excellent troubleshooting skills, this role is for you! The Help Desk Analyst will report to a Team Lead and Service Desk Manager who will provide you with excellent training and onboarding. You will thrive at solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this role is very visible within the company, you will have a number of opportunities to make a positive impact on the department and the broader organization.
