Robert Half Technology is looking for a help desk tier one candidate for our enterprise level client in Covington, LA. In this role you are the first line of defense for all levels of staff from C-level Management down to the local employees nationwide. You will be responsible for handling tier one technical support issues that could range from a basic walk through on how to set up a desktop or hook up peripherals through password resets and network troubleshooting. This organization has a fun working environment with a passion for hard work within IT.
