Must Haves: • Helpdesk and desktop support experience supporting users at all levels • Terminal server 2008R2 • Email Exchange • Printer configuration • Will be imaging PCs, also need to set up configure routers • Network/routers (basic troubleshooting) o On sight Network troubleshooting • Basic connectivity of laptops, PCs, etc. • Windows/HP Shop • Windows Server 2008 R2 • Active Directory Exchange • Hardware/printer support • Citrix Support Pluses: • Cisco Soft Skills: • Professional presentation – the executives work in this office • Great communication skills with users of all ages/skill levels/etc. (main user base is vets who may not have any technical knowledge) • Ability to multi task well • Able to work in hostile environments o Going into hospitals where the end users could be in a panic/angry Other notes: • Parking: provided • Dress code: business casual – must wear button up shirt (no tie) and slacks/dress pants. Fridays can be jeans but no holes, rips, etc. Typical banking/financial industry dress code. Process: • Phone screen • In person with 3 managers • Start
