Robert Half Technology is actively in search of a Help Desk Analyst for our client in the Folsom Ca Area. The Help Desk Analyst is a contract to hire full-time M-F opportunity with a client that is the leading provider of advanced location-based solutions that maximize construction productivity and profitability. The Help Desk Analyst chosen for this opportunity would be joining a team of roughly 4-5 other Help Desk Analysts. The Folsom location for our client houses roughly 30 internal employees that this position would also provide support for software wise. The main focus for the Help Desk Analyst is to answer questions or resolve product issues for clients via telephone, e-mail, and web-based support. Our client currently utilizes Salesforce as their internal CRM, so experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required. The chosen candidate for the Help Desk Analyst opportunity should be able to handle high-volume support, manage their workload and have the ability to multitask. On average, in a week's time the current Help Desk Analyst team logs and closes roughly 1,000 cases. This means the ideal Help Desk Analyst should be able to handle 20-30 calls a day. As listed below, experience with Revit Autodesk OR AutoCAD is REQUIRED. If you do not have working experience in either of these technologies, you will not be considered for the Help Desk Analyst opportunity. The ideal candidate for the Help Desk Analyst opportunity needs to be a go-getter, have the ability to work autonomously and get their hands dirty. Travel is not required for this position in regards to the day to day, although if you are selected some travel to the Inglewood office for training may be required.
