Our premier Vista, California Client is looking IT Desktop Support and Mobile Support professional. Are you a desktop and mobile technology problem solver? The primary goal of the IT Desktop and Mobile Support position will be to ensure that appropriate solutions and support are provided for the organization with an emphasis on excellent customer service. This position will actively resolve day to day IT support issues as well as help to develop standards for end user computing in a mid-level manufacturing company. This is a role for someone with experience that has the desire to learn and grow in their role. • Ability to provide technical analysis, troubleshooting, support and training for information technology products and services including, but not limited to desktop and laptop computers, mobile and tablet devices, telecommunications devices, and software. • You'll be responsible for communicating business partner concerns, suggestions, challenges and requirements with IT management to ensure that they are included in the strategic planning of the department, when appropriate, as well as, escalating support issues as needed. This will require excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication skills • Abilty to create How to guides or SOPs for Tech Issues • You'll assist with defining best practices and identifying opportunities for automation or efficiency improvement while adhering to all company, departmental technology and professional standards. • You will be working with everyone in the company from the people on the manufacturing floor to C-Level Associates to help them with there support needs
