Help Desk Analyst II

There is an immediate need for a Technology Support Analyst at a reputable print and design firm in the Western Suburbs. This is a full-time position and an opportunity to have various responsibilities in a diverse technical environment. You will be an integral part of the Service Desk Team and provide level 1 2 delivery and support to roughly 1500 users. Your time will be split between initial service desk and ERP/Application support. You will collaborate with other groups including Systems, Networking and Development.
