Robert Half Technology is in need of a Level 2 Help Desk Analyst with hands on server experience to support a client in the Northwest Suburbs. The Help Desk Analyst will support upwards of 5,000 end users. The ideal candidate will have experience with level 2 troubleshooting experience in a call center environment. This will be a 3-6 month contract to full time opportunity.
-Windows XP through Windows 8
-Windows Server 2003-2012R2 Support
-Active Directory and Group Policy
-VMWare / Citrix
-Hands on experience with Exchange Server
-3+ years experience
