Robert Half Technology has a great contract opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst with 1+ year technical support experience. This Help Desk Analyst position will be assisting internal users with issues ranging from password resets to issues / errors related to hardware failures, software issues, connectivity issues, etc. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be assisting the users via phone and email and have access to remote tools to be able to dial-in to take a closer look at the issues the users are experiencing. Between calls, there is plenty of opportunity to work on more hands on project based work. The ideal candidates will have experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 7, MS Office 365, Outlook, Active Directory, hardware and software. Having a strong customer service background with attention to detail, organizational and follow-up skills will be what it takes to be successful in this Help Desk Analyst contract opportunity.
